The mission of my coaching and my writing is helping you live deliberately and authentically to create a life you love.
Sometimes the direction you turn to create that life is clear and obvious, and at other times it can seem like you’re hacking your way blindly through an overgrown jungle. The key to finding your path is to follow the clues – what interests you? (Follow this bread crumb!) What are you curious about? (Where does this hint lead you?) What feels like fun? (No “shoulds” allowed!)
Your mind often tries to talk you out of following your clues because the clues don't make sense going forward… like, what’s the point of learning how to yodel? Or riding a unicycle?
Because you want to.
Because you feel good when you do them.
It’s why I’ve been experimenting with growing hydroponic herbs and reading about elephants. I don’t know where these will lead, but I have yummy fresh cilantro whenever I need it (hello guacamole!) and I’ve learned much about the magnificent, sensitive, intelligent creatures with whom we share this earth.
The work we are doing here together – learning to live deliberately and authentically – is important work. It’s about choosing how we want to shape our lives, care for ourselves and connect with others. Serious stuff.
It’s also about not being too hard on ourselves. And for a while I’ve been thinking (clues!) about how we can be more playful, lighthearted and really proud of our growth and change along this path.
From one clue to another, a juicy idea was hatched! I’ve been madly designing behind the scenes and now I’m delighted to introduce: my new line of tshirts!
